Since 1993, our practice has grown to become a leading apartment designer in Perth, Western Australia, with over 5000 successfully completed apartments ranging from 3 storey apartments to 38 storey high rise luxury apartments providing efficient, innovative and sustainable apartment design.

The philosophy behind this practice has always involved maintaining a hands-on approach to design. In designing apartments, the defining factor for us is creating buildings which reflect the essence of apartment living. This involves several important elements: sustainable and energy efficient building design, elegant aesthetics, efficient circulation flow, visual and acoustic privacy and addressing the lifestyle requirements of apartment living.

Together, these attributes enable confident, well-articulated design to form exceptional humanistic spaces.

Over the years, projects that we have designed won several Urban Development Institute of Australia awards. Our projects at Fairlanes, Pelago West, St Marks, Springview Towers and Concerto Apartments won the High Density Development Awards category. The Pelago West development in Karratha also won the UDIA Judges Award in 2013.
