1993, this practice has grown to become a leading apartment
designer in Perth. To date, over 1000 of our apartments have
been built in Perth. These commercially successful developments
range from 3 storey apartments to a series of high rise luxury
apartments in South Perth and the City. We believe we are at the forefront
of innovative and commercially viable apartment design in Perth.
The philosophy behind this practice has always been to stay
small and efficient with a hands-on approach so that we can
pay personal attention to each one of our projects. In designing
apartments, the defining factor for us is creating buildings
which reflect the essence of apartment living. This involves
several important elements: good building design, elegant
aesthetics, efficient circulation flow, visual and acoustic
privacy and addressing the lifestyle requirements of apartment
living.
Sin Chang, the Principal, came out from Malaysia in 1977
and studied Architecture at Curtin University (then WAIT).
He has 24 years experience in the field of architecture.
